The farmhouse is a splendid residence of design obtained from the renovation of an 18th century farmhous. At your complete disposal a 350 square meters large villa where tradition and innovation find the right balance. Our house is located near Perugia, Assisi, Todi and Lake Trasimeno, in the green hart of Umbria, surrounded by small villages to discover and cities full of culture and flavors. Tiles and resin, exposed wooden ceiling beams and chromotherapy, antique terracotta and magnetic cards, all coexist in 26 hectares of land just a stone’s throw away from the citycentre.

The pleasant contrast of lights and colors without any noise around, makes it like living in a rainbow! Green all around, blue in the sky and the cosy flaming red farmhouse governed by home automation and microchips, like a bonfire around which to meet. A fantastic NEW SWIMMINGPOOL filled up with salted water where to refresh and enjoy the allround panoramas on the magnificent umbrian countryside. The outdoor pool (15mt x 5 mt) was opened on May 2023 and is surrounded by a travertine solarium, equipped with sunbeds and relaxation areas.
